The development will consist of the demolition of single storey extensions to the sides, screen wall to the side, chimney breasts, and canopy to the front of the existing 2-storey plus attic detached house; the subsequent construction of new part single storey / part two-storey plus habitable attic extensions to the sides and front of the existing house, new dormer window to the rear, reconfiguration of the main roof to the front of house, modifications to the sides and rear elevations including new window opes and windows; new rooflights and PV panels, widening of existing vehicular entrance, a new surface water soak pit, landscaping, and all associated site works.
