Permission for the construction of a two-storey creche and all ancillary site works at a site located off Maglin Road, Ballincollig, Cork. The proposed development makes provision for an associated outdoor play area, signage, drop-off parking spaces, car and cycle parking, and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via 2 no. new junctions (a main access and an entrance to the set-down area) off the existing estate road serving the Cois Caislean residential development. Ancillary site development works will include a connection to the existing storm water sewer and outfall serving the Cois Caislean residential development (ABP ref. TA28.308111).
