Proposed works to allow for like-for like repairs to existing non-original single glazed timber windows frames and sashes including putty, paintwork and draft sealing. 20 no. one over one timber sash windows to front and rear of the building to be upgraded to new slim profile double glazed units, works to include internal secondary glazing to all other windows in addition to proposed refurbishment works.
