All ducting, access points, emergency features and site development works. 12. 10 No. roofed team dugouts. The proposed development also includes for all associated site development works, landscaping works, boundary treatments, SuDs features, drainage infrastructure, services infrastructure, bin stores, and upgrade of existing lighting etc.
