PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for the following works : 1. demolition of existing non-original rear extension, columns and rear canopy at lower round floor level, 2. construction of new single storey rear extension with 1no. rooflight and alterations to existing openings at lower ground floor, 3. alterations to existing lower ground floor plan to accommodate utility, boot, guest wc/ single storey extension, 4. widening of existing rear facade opening at lower ground floor - from single window opening to accommodate double door, 5. alterations to provide for new master en-suite and dressing room and family bathroom on second floor level, 3no. new roof lights and all associated site works.
