PERMISSION The development will consist of: • Part demolition (c. 22 sqm) of existing nursing home/step down care facility; • A change of use (c. 524 sqm) of the existing nursing home/step down care facility and construction of a two storey modular extension (c. 533 sqm) at the Caritas Convalescent Centre for hospital use which will provide additional admin/office space for St. Vincent’s Private Hospital; • The provision of PV panels on the roof of the proposed modular extension: • All associated site works to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application. The NIS may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority during its public opening hours.
