(i) demolition of existing single-storey rear garden shed, and demolition of existing single-storey garden shed to the side of the dwelling; (ii) construction of a part-single, part-two-storey flat roofed extension to the rear/side of the existing dwelling with 3 no. rooflights provided for kitchen/dining/utility room at ground floor level and new bathroom at first floor level.
