Permission : The development will comprise: (i) partial demolition of the existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling, including part of pitched roof and existing chimney; (ii) construction of part- single, part-two-storey extension to the rear/side of the dwelling, with 4 no. rooflights, and extension of the existing attic level, inclusive of the provision of 3 no. dormer windows (to front/rear and side elevations) at this level; (ii) alterations to all elevations with new fenestration including new bay window to side elevation at first floor level; (iv) construction of new pedestrian entrance to the rear garden via Mount Prospect Lawns; and, (v) all ancillary works, including internal layout revisions, minor extension (including bay window) to the front and landscaping, as necessary to facilitate the development.
