Permission for the demolition of existing kitchen extension to the rear (north-west) and for the construction of a new single storey extension to the side (south-west) and to the rear (north-west) of our dwelling with elevational changes and internal alterations to suit. permission is also sought for the relocation of the existing southerly boundary fence and gate further southwards with all associated site development works.
