The development will consist of proposed alterations to previously approved planning application Ref no. WEB1525/24. Changes include internal modifications and provision of an additional rooflight to original Victorian house, extending the terrace construction of the new residential unit at the rear return to accommodate an additional room at ground floor level, adjustments to window opes, minor alterations to the materiality of proposed rear return extension and sundry other minor works to the rear.
