Alterations to an existing granted planning application (Reg. Ref. SD23A/0342 for a Proposed Warehouse Development with Ancillary Office & Staff Facilities) at Site 604, Jordanstown Road, Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. The subject alterations for which Planning is now sought for are as follows: 1. Inclusion of an additional dock leveller door to the front south-eastern elevation plus associated access ramp extension within the yard area. 2. Elevations alterations associated with above adjustments. 3. Proposed underground sprinkler water holding tank, 263sqm, 2.8m deep with FFL at 3.25m below the front yard level, effective capacity of 600m3. 4. Proposed underground sprinkler pumphouse, 68sqm, 2.8m deep with FFL at 3.25m below the front yard level. 5. Proposed access lobby enclosure (to the underground pump house), 34sqm, 2.85m high, located on the front south-eastern elevation. 6. Minor associated drainage adjustments due to the inclusion of the alterations above. All other details will remain as per the granted application Reg. Ref. SD23A/0342.
