PROTECTED STRUCTURE. The development will consist of the demolition of a single storey glasshouse (15.8m2) adjoining the rear return and the construction of a single storey (50m2) extension with a kitchen and dining area, internal works and alterations to include the demolition of an internal staircase and the construction of new stairs.
