PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the renovation and extension of the existing three-storey terraced house, a protected structure (RPS 8240), including plumbing and electrical upgrades, and associated works, and the alteration of the internal layout at lower ground floor, the formation of a new opening in the existing rear wall, resoration of existing windows, and the construction of a new single-storey pitched-roof rear extension, hard and soft landscaping, and associated site works.
