PERMISSION & RETENTION: Swarco Ireland Limited are seeking Planning Permission of 2 No. New Windows on the Southwest Elevation and Retention Permission for internal and external alterations and extensions carried out to their premises at Essmore House, Kylemore Business Park, Kylemore Way, Dublin 8 D08 EWP2. The Retention works included (1) the insertion of an additional floor area of 61 sqm at first floor level; (2) the construction of a 8 Sqm first floor balcony at the side Northeast elevation; (3) Alterations to the fenestration + facades at the side Northeast elevation; (4) Contingent and Ancillary Works.
