PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Development to 26, Palmerston Road, Dublin 6, D06 Y6N7, a protected structure. Development to include: Removal of non-original ensuite to first floor level rear bedroom and conversion of front bedroom into dressing room and new ensuite bathroom with access from rear bedroom. Permission is also sought for alterations to non-original single storey to rear. Alterations to include replacement external joinery, new roof and rooflights and replacement of existing internal window to internal door. Permission is also sought for localized removal of defective failed external render to gable wall and replastering in lime render.
