Planning Permission is sought for works to the existing two storey detached dwelling at 14A Mount Prospect Avenue, Clontarf East, Dublin 3, D03 EK58 for Sinead Deegan. Works to include a single storey pitched roof extended entrance to the front South facing façade, a single storey part flat and part pitched roof ground floor extension to rear North facing façade and extension of existing ridge of the main south facing roof to the front.
