The development will consist of 1. Altering the roof to accommodate the new stairs and convert the attic to storage space including a dormer window to the rear. 2. Removal of current porch to construct new porch with new front door with sidelights and changing to a bay window in the front living room 3. Partial removal of the front wall to extend the pedestrian walkway and allow for driveway access. All associated site-works, and ancillary drainage.
