The proposed development involves the installation of external wall insulation system and the replacement of existing windows and doors for the purpose of improving energy efficiency. Works include rendering concrete walls in RAL 9002, replacing windows in Anthracite Grey, and retaining the existing red-brick masonry to ensure visual continuity. These works will be carried out in a manner that is in keeping with the existing architectural character of the property and its surroundings, without material alteration to its external appearance, as detailed in the accompanying Proposal Document.
