Permission to erect 1.7 MWp or 13382.61 sqm Solar Photovoltaic (PV) in a Carport System in Cork Airport and associated site works comprising of the development will consist of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 1.70 MWp incorporating a carport system along with all ancillary cabling and electrical infrastructure. this includes a new trench for ductwork terminating at the switch room situated at the front of the terminal building as well as one LV/MV transformer. additionally the development will include temporary welfare facilities and a compound for storing materials required for the installation as detailed in the plans.
