Pursuant to the requirements of the above, notice is hereby given that South Dublin County Council proposes to carry out the following works at Lucan Demesne, in the townland of Lucan: The proposals are for the upgrade works for the entrance and route into Lucan Demesne: • The construction of a timber boardwalk from the plaza to the existing river side path of approximately 120m in length and 2.5m in width which is elevated approximately 0.15mm above ground, depending on topography. • All ancillary works.
