I, Tara McGrath, intend to apply for permission for the development at No. 1 St. Brigid's Road, Dublin 5. The proposed development involves the following: (i) Demolition of the section of the existing house along the northwest corner on both ground and first-floor; (ii)Demolition of 2 no. existing chimneys along the south side of the existing house; (iii)Demolition of the existing shed to the north side of the site; (iv)Proposed extension to the rear of the existing house to include a larger kitchen and an office room on ground floor; (v)Modifications to the front elevation to include 3 no. Dormers at the first-floor; (vi)Extension to the rear of the existing house to include an ensuite, a bay window and a utility room on the first floor; (vii)Internal reconfiguration of the ground and first-floor layouts; (viii)Modifications to all elevations. All with associated site works, boundary treatments, rear garden with shed, car parking, landscaping and drainage.
