The construction of a rear ground floor extension comprising additional kitchen, dining, living & bedroom and bathroom space . The works will include the conversion of the existing , attached garage space into a habitable room . The works are to be carried out in conjunction with all associated and necessary internal alterations , modifications and external site works , inclusive of the widening of the existing vehicular entrance gate from 2500mm to 3000mm in order to facilitate safer access to the driveway for off street parking .
