The development will consist of widening of the existing vehicular access from street to existing off-street parking; demolition of the existing rear extension, partial demolition of the roof, and the proposed construction of: - gable end pitched roof extension and internal stairs to existing attic - new skylights to attic and new windows to existing walls. - replacement of existing windows and front door. - rear ground and first floor extension with new windows, doors and skylights. - first floor setback of 1 meter from the neighbour's property to the west. - all associated site and drainage works.
