Planning permission is sought to construct vehicular access to facilitate off-street parking and EV charging. Works include the demolition of a section of the boundary wall at the front of the property and dishing of the footpath, and associated site works at 13 Raphoe Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12. 13 Raphoe Rd is located on the northern side of Raphoe Road on a residential street south of Crumlin Road in the west of the city. The site is occupied by a semi-detached two storey, red brick dwelling. There is a solid boundary wall with a pedestrian gate enclosing the site boundaries to the front of the site and a gated passageway to the immediate east of the site leading to a rear laneway providing access to rear garages for dwellings along this street.
