The development will consist of Amendments to the previously granted planning permission (Ref: 2894/20) for the conversion of the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors from vacant office to residential use: The amendments include the construction of a three storey extension at first floor level & a single storey extension at third floor level to accommodate 6 one-bedroom apartments & 3 two-bedroom apartments at the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor levels (9 units in total) with internal alterations and all associated site works.
