The development will consist of: - • Demolition of 3 no. single storey buildings including a derelict classroom, dressing room block and store building and the rendered blockwork eastern boundary wall; • Construction of a multi-purpose sports hall, 2-storey scale in elevation and a 1-storey element accommodating office, changing, store, plant and gym; • Construction of an adjacent floodlit multi-sport, all-weather pitch enclosed with 2.4m high paladin mesh fencing; • All associated landscaping, car parking, bicycle parking, lighting, boundary treatments, plant, site works and services. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).
