To retain extension constructed to the rear of the dwelling house on site and Planning Permission to ( A ) demolish a section of an existing dwelling house, including all flat roofed area’s to North Western gable and to the rear of the existing dwelling house ( B ) Demolish attached garage to rear of existing dwelling house, ( C ) construct an extension to both the North Western & South Eastern gables and an extension to the rear of the existing dwelling house with internal modifications to the existing layout to accommodate proposed works including modifications to front façade and ( D ) relocate the existing site vehicular entrance (E) Decommission the existing septic tank system on site and install a new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works
