PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of internal and external alterations to convert the Protected Structure to a single-family dwelling. External alterations will consist of re-pointing of brickwork, replacement of all windows and doors, installation of new rooflights, and construction of a new single-storey extension (11sqm) to the rear at garden level. Internal alterations will consist of amendments to the layout at each floor, new internal staircase from garden level to entrance level, and associated refurbishment works.
