The development will consist of a) Demolition and safe removal of existing hipped roof structure at side (North West Elevation). b) The raising of existing gable wall to include 1no. window with obscure glass at side (North West Elevation) with modfications & extension of pitched roof structure over. c) Conversion of existing attic space for domestic storage/ancillary accommodation, including new access staircase and 2no. velux roof-lights at rear (North East Elevation ) d) Including all associated site and storm water drainage works.
