Planning permission for alterations to previously approved planning application Reg Ref No. 3064/25 for the construction of a new 9 sq.m. addition to the existing 11.5 sq.m. flat roofed single storey extension at ground floor level and a new 14sq.m. flat roofed extension to the first floor of the existing two storey terraced dwelling and to include two new windows to the rear elevation at first floot level , extension to extend to boundary of No. 57 and to include ancillary works .
