Permission for the following proposed works. Permission is sought to; (1) Construct new single storey extensions and covered canopy to the rear of 'Kilbrian', The Ridgeway, Bishopstown Avenue, Model Farm Road and to carry out alterations to existing elevations; (2) Proposed rear boundary alterations to include: 17m boundary relocation to the east, providing a larger garden to 'Kilbrian' property (rear of 53 Laburnum Drive to have reduced garden area); and (3) All associated site development works.
