Permission for demolition of existing single storey extension to rear (30 sqm), and erection of a new two storey extension to rear (O/A 82 sqm), as well as general minor internal alterations and refurbishment of the existing dwelling, replacement of existing windows, new garden wall to rear and all associated site works all at 221 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3, D03K5Y3. Permission will replace the existing granted Planning Permission Reg. Ref. 4750/19 and incorporate changes as required under Conditions No. 3 and 4 of the aforementioned permission.
