Change of use of the existing light industrial/warehouse unit to a Chartered physiotherapist-led rehabilitation and gym facility. The proposed use will include one-to-one and small group physiotherapy-led rehabilitation and exercise services. No external alterations to the structure are proposed. All services will operate within the existing unit footprint and use existing parking and access arrangements.
