PERMISSION & RETENTION: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for change of use of existing 2-storey coach-house from ancillary residential accommodation to self-contained dwelling, with access from Rathgar Place, for widening of existing opening in abutting boundary wall to lane from 1.8m to 2.6 metres wide to form vehicular entrance and all associated landscaping and site development works. Retention permission is sought for minor internal alterations to existing coach-house.
