Modifications and elevational changes to the scheme previously permitted under ref. 15/5008 (extended under ref. 20/6406). The proposed development includes 1) modifications to the northern elevation comprising of a) the replacement of 3 no. previously permitted windows at first floor level with 2 no. double glass doors with safety glass to the front; b) modifications to the previously permitted door and 2 no. windows at ground floor level; and c) the provision of an additional timber shopfront at ground floor level; 2) the relocation of previously permitted windows on the eastern and southern elevations, 3) the provision of additional windows on the eastern and southern elevations; and 4) modifications to the previously permitted roof to the rear of the building.
