Modifications to existing dwellinghouse, namely; i) construction of a single storey extension (22m2) at the side (north-east) elevation, ii) construction of a single storey extension (33.5m2) at the rear and side (south-west) elevations, iii) insert 1no. window ope on both the front and rear elevations of existing dwellinghouse and iv) associated site works. *Note: the existing rear annex’s (29m2) which were retained [PL. Ref 17/6724] are to be demolished and the proposed rear extension mentioned above is to take its place.
