PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist/consists of the demolition of existing single storey lean-to conservatory to the rear and flat roof single storey return to the side and construction of part single storey, part 2 storey flat roof extension to the rear and side of the existing dwelling, increase in height of the existing garage roof to the side, new dormer window in the side gable and conversion of existing attic level to form a bedroom with new dormer window to the rear including modifications of the existing pitched roof and all associated site works necessary to facilitate development. Retention permission is also sought for the enlarged vehicular driveway onto Hampstead Park. All the above works take place at 25 Hampstead Park, Glasnevin, Dublin 9.
