Upgrading of BER rating of house by demolishing and reconstructing existing non-insulated polycarbonate conservatory as part of overall house refurbishment i.e. triple glazed windows, new heating system and internal insulation. Conservatory will be demolished, rebuilt with new foundations, new timber stud walls and roof on same footprint as existing. External render finish to match house, one window facing rear garden and small 'Velux' rooflight.
