Proposed works: 1) demolition of existing external access ramp and external stairs; 2) construction of new two-storey extension to side of existing school to accommodate ASD unit: lower ground floor accommodation to consist of ancillary accommodation room, storage room and SET room; upper ground floor accommodation to consist of 2 no. ASD classrooms with ancillary accommodation and sanitary facilities, para educational room, multi-sensory room and internal staircase and lift; 3) minor alteration to existing elevations and floor plans, to include alterations to the existing main entrance lobby; 4) alteration to front road boundary to include the partial demolition of existing front boundary wall and gated access, and the construction of new boundary wall to be set back from road edge and construction of new pedestrian gated site access; 5) planning permission for retention and relocation on site of existing ancillary storage shed; 6) construction of new external access ramp and stairs; 7) works to upgrade the existing waste water treatment system and percolation area on site and; 8) all ancillary site works.
