Construction of 39 dwelling houses and 1 residential serviced site to be carried out in two phases (55 dwelling units permitted for the same area under Planning Reg. No. 03/6062, now out of date). It will comprise of the following: - 9 no. 4 bed detached, 6 no. 4 bed semi-detached, 6 no. 3 bed detached, 10 no. 3 bed semi-detached and 8 no. 3 bed terraced houses and 1 residential serviced site and associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
