The development will consist of the construction of a new outdoor artificial grass surfaced football playing pitch (overall dimensions: 115m x 76m). The new facility will replace an existing full-size grass football playing pitch (overall dimensions: 116m x 70m). The works will include new floodlighting to the north and south perimeters of the new football pitch, ball stop netting to the east and west perimeters of the new pitch, and associated ground works, fencing, footpaths and infrastructure.
