Retention planning permission is sought for the existing single storey kitchen/dining room extension to the rear of the house. Permission is sought for : demolition of the existing single storey converted garage to the side of the house; demolition of the existing chimney and section of roof at first floor level. Construction of: a new two storey extension to the side; new porch and tiled canopy to the front; alterations of window to the front and rear elevations; new window to the side at ground floor level; external insulation; internal alterations; new dormer window to the attic at the rear; new rooflight to the front and rear; widening the existing vehicular entrance to the front; all associated site works, ancillary drainage and landscaping.
