Works to an existing dwelling house (change of plan from that permitted under 19/00009) to include the following: a) demolition of existing porch to the front (south) elevation b) construction of a single storey extension to the rear (north) elevation c) material alterations to the internal layouts of the ground & first floor plans to incorporate new extension d) elevational changes to the existing dwelling including natural stone cladding to the front (south) & side (east) elevations e) installation of three number first floor dormer windows to the rear (northern) elevation & one number velux window to the front (southern) elevation f) relocation of wastewater treatment system & all associated site works.
