Permission for modifications to the existing warehouse building and all ancillary site development works at the Former Banta site, Hollymount Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork. The proposed development consists of a change of use of part of the existing warehouse building to use as a testing and measurement facility with ancillary office use and modifications to the building consisting of: the construction of a new mezzanine floor; and modifications to the façade including (1) New windows at first floor level, relocation of doors and opening; and (2) The installation of extract fans and associated ducts. The proposed site development works include: (a) The removal of 1 no. existing shelter; (b) The relocation of an existing generator; (c) Installation of a bicycle rack; (d) The construction of an external plant enclosure comprising of a back up generator with associated diesel tank, air chiller with associated circulation pumps, 2 no. air handling units, 4 no. external condenser units and gas storage tanks; and (e) An external plant enclosure comprising of an air handling unit.
