The proposed development also provides for a podium and an undercroft car parking area, at ground floor level, accommodating 37 car parking spaces, 167 bicycle parking spaces, bin storage, plant room and 2 ESB substations. Vehicular access to the development will be from the Cookstown Road. The development includes all private and communal open spaces, landscaping, boundary treatments, vehicular and pedestrian site access, bin storage, bike storage, signage and all associated site development works including service connections, foul and surface water drainage/attenuation and water supply/storage. On a total site area of approx. 0.28ha (0.7acres).
