1) Demolish existing single storey extensions to south, north and western elevations of existing dwelling, 2) to construct a new single storey extension to the western elevation of the existing dwelling, 3) to construct a new part single storey/part two storey dormer style extension to northern elevation of existing dwelling house 4) to carry out material changes to the elevations of the existing dwelling house, 5) to alter the layout of the existing vehicular site entrance and to carry out all associated site works including the installation of a new domestic waste water treatment system (change of plan to that permitted under Planning Reference 17/5754).
