The demolition of an existing dwelling and associated sheds/outhouses and the construction of 61 no. dwelling units and all associated ancillary development works including pedestrian access, parking, footpaths, drainage and landscaping. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
