The development will consist of a first floor extension to the side of the existing house to provide a new bedroom space. The proposed extension will have a pitched roof with hipped gable and parapet to adjoining boundary and eaves level to match existing. Proposed works also include an increase to the downstairs WC providing an overall 14.5 sqm of additional floorspace. The replacement of the existing bay window to the ground floor store room to the front elevation and relocation of existing rooflights are also proposed together with all associated ancillary works.
