Works to include: Part demolition of existing single storey rear extension and adjoining side store room to accommodate new design. Extension to include the existing kitchen extended on ground floor with the addition of a first floor bathroom over existing kitchen with roof light over. Upgrading of existing roof in adjoining storeroom with new roof with roof light and minor alterations to rear wall & front wall with new doors and windows for storeroom. Maintain connection to City Council drainage and all ancillary site works.
