Permission to (1) Retain existing attic development, and planning permission to demolish existing single storey extension at rear of dwelling house (north elevation), remove front porch (south elevation). Construct a single storey extension to the south (front) and to the north (rear). Replacement on the eastern elevation the existing roof with a new flat roof. Fit external insulation with a smooth plaster render to south and north elevations of existing house. Minor internal alterations to existing dwelling house, including all associated site works.
